This is a collection of some songs I have recorded in various recording studios and rehearsal rooms. The dates of the recordings are as follows:


The Strange - January 2014
-Drums, bass and rhythm guitar recorded live. Lead guitar, vocals and percussion was overdubbed.


George Harris & The Memory Makers - October 2013
-Drums and bass recorded live, everything else overdubbed.


SELF - August 2013
-Drums, bass, rhythm and lead recorded live. A few lead overdubs and then vocal on top.


Third Thumb - July 2013
-Recorded 100% live in the Brock n Broll Studio.

-Recorded in the Brock n Broll Studio


Sky Valley Mistress - May 2013
-Recorded 100% live on to an 8 track reel to reel tape machine


Meet The Folkers - May 2013
-Recorded the whole band live in the studio live room and did vocals as overdubs.

-Recorded the band live in the studio live room and then added a few overdubs. Done in Brock n Broll Studio

-Recorded in Brock n Broll studio.

-Recorded in Brock n Broll studio, we did 3 songs over 2 days.

-Recorded on the top floor of The Rose & Crown pub in Chorley. Mixed by Dave Eringa
Released on Martian Pop Records


Cactus Knife - March 2013
-Recorded to tape in the Brock n Broll recording studio.


White Swallow - September 2012
-Recorded live above the Rose & Crown Pub.
Released on Brock n Broll Records.

-Recorded in the Control 24 recording studio in Manchester.
Released on Brock n Broll Records.


Grind Outs - June 2012
-Drums recorded by the band and then they brought them to me to help them finish the tracks off and mix them.


Boy Genius - January 2012
-This song was recoreded in the bands practice room using my portable recording gear.


White Swallow - December 2011
-Recorded live in the studio with no overdubs except the vocal track. This track was released as the bands 2nd single on Brock n Broll Records.


Untitled Band - November 2011
-For this recording I took my portable setup to the bands practice room and did a very quick (3 hour) recording of the band live, plus a few vocal and guitar overdubs. The band are working on a debut album and so far haven't decided on a name.


Cactus Knife - August 2011
-These songs were recorded in a small room above Fredericks Ice Cream Parlour using my portable recording gear.


Fire In The Empire - August 2011
-Recorded in the bands practice room with my portable recording gear.


White Swallow - July 2011
-Recorded live in the studio with no overdubs except the vocal track. This track was released as the bands debut single on Brock n Broll Records.


Chandelier Swing - January 2011
-This was recorded live in the cellar under The Railway pub in Chorley. This was recorded onto a Korg D888 eight track portable recorder. Even the vocals were done live, this contains absolutley no overdubs.

This was recorded by myself and Steven Hodson. Steven Hodson mixed the EP that this song was part of it but I have mixed this song to add to my show reel. To hear the proper version of this EP go to chandelierswing.bandcamp.com


Pocketknife - January 2011
-This was a song that Sian from pocketknife wanted to turn into an acoustic track, so she came down to the studio and we used a stylophone an a glockenspiel to thinken the track out.


Dimeshow - November 2010
-I recorded this in the studio and then added some midi to this track. I added the violins and the high pitched plinking sound, whatever that is.
